Autoradiography is a gold-standard technique for visualizing the distribution of radiolabeled compounds within biological samples. Renowned for its exceptional sensitivity and high spatial resolution, it enables accurate localization of targets at both tissue and microscopic levels. Using state-of-the-art phosphor imaging technology, we deliver clear, reliable data that drives confident decision-making in research and development.
Our autoradiography services support:
- Quantifying receptor density and target binding analysis
- Radiotracer biodistribution validation and characterization
- Studies of binding affinity
The autoradiography services go beyond visualization providing robust, reproducible measurement of radiotracer distribution and target engagement in tissue sections. This empowers researchers to better understand biological mechanisms, validate compounds, and accelerate drug development.
Radioisotope expertise
We work with a broad range of radioisotopes, including carbon-14 (¹⁴C), tritium (³H), and phosphorus-32 (³²P), as well as PET radionuclides such as carbon-11 (¹¹C) and fluorine-18 (¹⁸F). All these isotopes can be quantified with high precision, enabling accurate and absolute measurement of radiotracer distribution within biological tissues, in both in vivo and in vitro studies.
